- Chat data: Your conversation history is stored to provide persistent chats across sessions
- Settings: Your personalization preferences (model, temperature, system prompts)
- Token balance: Your virtual token balance and usage history
- Usage data: Token consumption logs for analytics (model used, tokens consumed, timestamp)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the AI chat service
- To sync your chats and settings across devices
- To track token usage and prevent abuse
- To display usage statistics on your account page
- To improve our services and debug issues
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties to operate the Service:
- OpenRouter / AI model providers: Your chat messages are sent to generate AI responses. These providers have their own privacy policies.
- Ad networks (Google AdSense, Mediavine, AdScend Media): These networks may use cookies and collect data to serve and measure ads. See their respective privacy policies.
- Database hosting (InfinityFree): Your account data and chat history are stored on our database server.
- External tool APIs: When AI tools are used (search, weather, location), queries are sent to Wikipedia, OpenStreetMap, and Open-Meteo.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage and sessionStorage to keep you logged in (remember token) and store your session. We do not use tracking cookies beyond what ad networks require.
5. Data Security
We use password hashing and token-based authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Your account data and chat history are retained until you delete your account or request deletion. Token usage logs are retained for analytics purposes.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us to remove it.

When you chat with our AI, your messages are processed by third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter). Do not share sensitive personal information (SSN, passwords, financial details) in chat, as these providers may log data per their own policies.
